Monthly Product Update | September 2025
During September the team battled Covid, but we still managed to fix bugs and deliver new features. We’ve made email handling smoother than ever, strengthened forms, and added support for Microsoft Exchange — while also improving the overall experience and clearing up a host of smaller issues along the way.
💡 Highlights from September
Microsoft Exchange Support
You can now connect your Microsoft email accounts using the Exchange protocol — perfect for teams using privately hosted or third-party Exchange servers.
Inline Images in Emails
Emails now support inline images, ensuring your visuals display reliably for your recipients. This includes support for links on images too.
Smarter Forms
Forms saw several improvements this month:
Redirects now work even if you provide partial URLs
A short delay before redirecting helps create a smoother submission experience
Better responsive handling for forms embedded on your website
Automatic emails after form submissions now correctly include signatures, content variables, and attachments
Improved Modals & Menus
Modals now automatically close after creating or updating items
Menus close automatically after marking documents (like questionnaires or quotes) as sent
More Ways to Track and Organise
Leads & contacts now show created and updated timestamps
Quotes redirect you back to the lead or booking after creation
New “view contact” links inside campaign lists for faster navigation
Dashboard now sits at the very top of your menu for quicker access
🎨 Other Improvements
Product & package descriptions are no longer required when creating them
Email editor now warns when editing raw HTML and provides a starting prompt for AI-assisted edits
More consistent labelling between “add” and “create” actions
Better mobile layouts for leads, bookings, and contacts
Office 365 connection flow now prompts you to pick which account to connect
Among several bug fixes as well.
🔮 What’s Coming in October?
POP3/IMAP Support – Connect your other email accounts directly into DJ Teams (yes, it was included in last months "What's Coming in September?", but ya know... Covid sucks)
DJ Teams Playlists (Beta) – Sync your playlists from the CRM straight into your DJ software, making it easier than ever to get the right tracks ready for your next set.
Stay tuned – we’ll be back next month with the latest updates.
