Monthly Product Update | November 2025 – January 2026
Well… it’s been three months. And yes — we’ve been busy.
Since our October update, a lot of work has gone into refining the parts of DJ Teams you use every day. Some of it is visible immediately. Some of it is the kind of foundational work that just makes everything feel smoother, faster, and more reliable.
Here’s what’s been happening across November, December and January.
🧩 A Much Better Form & Questionnaire Builder
We spent a significant amount of time rebuilding and refining the form builder that powers your lead forms and questionnaires.
The drag-and-drop experience is now far smoother, layouts behave properly on mobile devices, spacing and styling are more consistent, and you have greater control over how individual form items look and behave.
You can now:
- Use rich text and HTML in descriptions
- Remove background colours from individual items
- Reliably use multi-column rows on smaller screens
- Trust that layouts and styles behave exactly as expected
This work also resolved a long list of small quirks that had built up over time. The result is a form builder that feels noticeably more polished and usable.
🗂 Customisable Tables Across the System
You can now customise the table layout for:
Contacts, Leads, Bookings, Quotes, Contracts and Questionnaires.
Choose which columns you want to see and arrange them in the order that suits your workflow. This is especially helpful if you work differently from other DJs or focus on different data points, and these settings remain unique to your login.
🎨 Branding, Portal & UI Improvements
Branding options have been expanded significantly.
You can now:
- Set your primary theme colour
- Upload a login screen image
- Set your browser tab icon (favicon)
- Customise how your customer portal app appears when installed on a device home screen
The overall UI has also been neutralised for a cleaner look, and a number of mobile layout issues have been resolved.
We also made several improvements to the customer portal experience:
- Sticky playlist tabs when scrolling
- Better album artwork display
- Smarter navigation that only shows sections when there’s content to show
- Option to disable the welcome video
- Confirmation warning when customers submit questionnaires
🧪 Demo Accounts for Exhibitions & Sales
You can now create demo accounts directly from contacts.
This allows you to showcase the customer portal at fairs, exhibitions, or to prospective clients without using real bookings.
🔎 Better Lead Intelligence
Two important additions landed in January.
Lead classification
Forms are now analysed to detect spam, unwanted submissions, and potential phishing attempts.
Lead source tracking
You can now see where your leads are coming from, including SEO, social media, marketplace platforms and more.
This gives you much clearer insight into what marketing efforts are actually working.
🌍 New Resource: TikTok Trends
TikTok trending data is now available inside the Resources section under Social Media, giving you another real-time view of what’s gaining popularity.
🔔 Notifications & Quality of Life Improvements
Notifications have been improved with:
- Separate unread and all lists
- “Mark all as read”
- Fixed scrolling behaviour
System Settings is now easier to access from the main navigation, and many small interface frustrations across quotes, pipelines, contacts and forms have been resolved.
🐛 A Lot of Bugs Squashed
Across these three months we fixed a large number of issues, including:
- Form email confirmation problems
- Quote descriptions disappearing after acceptance
- Mass contact delete issues
- Playlist and search issues on mobile
- Pipeline colour picker problems
Many of these were edge cases you may never have noticed, but they all contribute to a more reliable system.
🔮 What’s Next?
We’re building on the recent table customisation work with:
- The ability to change default table sorting
- Creating and saving your own filtered table views
- Even more control over how data is displayed across the system
And… the DJ Teams Playlist App will be moving out of beta.
Even when updates are quieter publicly, there’s always a lot happening behind the scenes to make DJ Teams better every month.
Don’t forget, DJ Teams users can review the full change log at any time by clicking the version number in the sidebar.
