🎉 DJ Teams – Monthly Product Update: August 2025

August was our biggest month yet, with new workflows, onboarding improvements, and a major refresh to how you send emails. We’ve also delivered dozens of fixes and smaller improvements to keep things running smoothly.

💡 Highlights from August

Lead Pipelines

A huge upgrade to how you manage leads through your sales process. Build pipelines that match the way you work, colour-code stages for clarity, and even set automatic triggers (e.g. moving a lead when a quote is sent).

Guided Onboarding Flow

New users now enjoy a friendlier, step-by-step onboarding process. It guides them through setting up their company profile, sales pipeline, and email connection before exploring the rest of the CRM.

Inbound Lead Forms

Forms have been around for a while, but we’ve redesigned the experience and made them easier to manage. They can be embedded directly on your site — and for WordPress users, a plugin is available (pending approval in the plugin directory, but we can provide it manually on request).

Email Engagement Tracking

Track how leads interact with your emails. Opens are logged, and every link click is tracked individually — giving you clear insight into what resonates most.

Email Campaigns (beta)

The brand-new Campaigns system is here! Collect newsletter sign-ups, send updates to your contacts, and monitor engagement. This feature is in beta while we expand its capabilities.

Email Composer Improvements

We’ve reworked the email composer to provide several improvements:

• Cleaner recipient fields
• Streamlined layout
• Smarter templates & signatures
• New font options for styling

🎨 Other Improvements

• Password fields now include visibility toggle and strength indicators
• Colour-coded select fields for quicker visual recognition
• Music resources ranking now uses a more accurate scoring system
• Portal settings changes now save reliably (no more cache hiccups)
• Customer playlists reload properly after adding songs from the global search

And dozens of additional fixes and refinements to keep everything running smoothly.
